3. Hiring staff – for administration tasks, communication with companies, preparation and signing of contracts.
Cost: 2 persons × 6 months × $1,500 = $18,000 gross.
4. Renting space – for office work and for recording educational podcasts and videos as part of broader promotion.
Cost: 2,100 USD - for the first 6 months.
5. Travel Expenses – meetings with companies, public figures and media across Serbia.
Cost: 1,800 USD - for the first 6 months.
